WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

Women’s leadership is one of BAHÇEBİZ's areas of expertise. Programs are prepared and offered to meet different needs for mid and upper level female leaders. Women’s Leadership Programs are for professionals with leadership capacities and competencies from all sectors. The programs target women who are open for improvement and want to take their career to a higher level. Programs consist of modules that complement each other and have continuity. The modules are based on learning and creating experience, but also strengthening the critical areas of integrated leadership for female managers.
