OVERCOMİNG PROCRASTINATION

Procrastination is delaying the works that are primarily more important while dealing with non-essential work.

ANGER MANAGEMENT

Perfectionism, which generally takes its source from the feelings of inadequacy and imperfection
it also takes, as a way of thinking, from "all or nothing" attitude, the failure of accepting mistakes,
from sentences that put pressure and contain words like "must, should supposed to". After
passing a certain dose, it starts to do more harm than good.

DEALING WITH STRESS

Stress is one of the phenomena that have been proven to be the source of many physical diseases,
which can lead to emotional burnout and serious mental problems in more advanced dimensions,
but which we don't know how to deal with in today's world.
