MENTORING PRACTICES

This program is for those who want to transfer their knowledge and experience to the younger people, the newcomers and to those who experience the first years of their business life, who want to get to higher places with the necessary support. We expect executives, who want to place mentorship as a culture in their workplace, to join our program, where information and practices on how to do these are conveyed from a mentoring discipline. In this program, the participant finds answers to the questions of what sort of mentor should they be, how to become more effective, how to develop a model that belongs to them and their corporation.
