LEADERSHIP CAMP
For sustainable success, companies must continue to develop promising high-level managers. This program is designed to enable senior executives to successfully and easily overcome the difficulties they may face, such as being assigned to a new role, moving to another location, moving to another department and running quickly to a challenging goal with a new team. With this program, executives discover how they can lead under pressure, build teams, and how to develop their skills. It involves one year of work with the leader. In this program, the leader is supported via coaching, training, and mentoring.
