The beginning of BAHÇEBİZ Development Academy's name journey goes back to a small garden in Erdek. This garden is located on an acre upon a rocky hill in the village of Çeltikçi. It’s a place everyone can have and feel like they're in their own garden. The story of this garden begins 25 years ago. It is the journey of becoming a lush place with full of olive and fruit trees from a tiny place surrounded by rocky hills and thorny plants, where no one finds it valuable. Therefore the garden understands and explains the development, change and even evolution of human very well. That is to say, the garden is a place we all are closely acquainted with. The garden is the source of life and its evolving continuity.  BAHÇEBİZ Development Academy® embraces this story and calls people to discover their own gardens. The most important work field of ​​human life is its own garden. BAHÇEBİZ Development Academy invites you to step into this garden, to discover it, to feel the soil we stand on and the flower we smell, to benefit in real terms from what the garden offers us and to share these with others. Anyone who steps into our garden is a valuable part of this story. Recognizing different gardens and understanding their value is a vital passion for us. The lands of our garden are fertile, friendly and embracing enough to be together with all gardens. The main tree of our garden is olive. Just like its symbol; continuity, peace, compassion, substantiality, taste of life are the values this garden owns and presents. The olive tree brings together the scientific and archaic sides of existence. The garden is where all the resources of the two siblings and their fellows flow.
